Ocasionally we certify our grapes Fair-Trade, but always we strive to care for the environment and our workers. We make very limited quantities of wine which is hand-crafted in a winery in the premises. The farm has the traditional Bordeaux varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Carmenere (though somehow lost afterwards in France). Also some hectares of old País (the same variety as Mission in California), which is currently being re-discovered as the source of a fruity and easy to drink wine. Some of our vineyards are more than one hundred years old.
